I remember Billy as the 5th Beatle and every bit as talented as they, His work on 3 Beatle albums solved their no piano—keyborards which music was using in the late 60's and 70's making big sound, a dude strumming his guitar was out, and composers like Preston, a child prodigy, see below Billy and Nat King Cole. I really didn't hear Billy had passed, and as Harrison introduces his accompaniment at the Concert for Bengla Desh, HE forgets Billy, which was poignant but innocently done (first half of Bengla Desh clip is sitar music so skip to a little less than half to hear Rock 'n' Roll) His best had the movement of creation in it. I love Carson's reaction when he sees the tailoring Billy used, Carson had his own clothing line at one time. "Spirit" he tells Don Cornelius in the Soul Train clip, was his motivation. Really beautiful dude. TRIBUTE TO BILLY PRESTON ENJOY Billy's take on Dylan; a gem...
